The senior management of the Housing Development Administration Bureau and the Housing Development Corporation reviewed the performance of the 9-month budget year.
The institutions have made institutional changes in the past 9 months, updated their operations with technology and improved their service delivery; creating a comfortable working environment for the users; providing access to housing for development beneficiaries; registering landlord-tenant contracts; vacating illegally occupied houses; entering housing information into the urban housing information management system; resolving good governance problems; and ensuring accountability for theft and corruption.
In addition, it was stated during the review that they have achieved excellent results in government coordination; public-private partnership; It was stated that many works have been carried out to provide housing units to residents in the private sector and cooperatives, and that infrastructure developments have been carried out in various housing villages by working closely with infrastructure providers.
It was emphasized that attention should be paid to completing housing development projects that have been started in the remaining months.
